How It Works

  • Step 1:
    Create Order

    Property Manager selects items needed on the PurchasingNYC platform. Order is sent to  Supervisor for approval.

  • Step 2:
    Manager Approval

    Supervisor receives a “pending order” notification. Supervisor can review, edit, and approve order.

  • Step 3:
    Choose Vendor

    PurchasingNYC will provide comparative pricing from participating vendors for you to choose from.

  • Step 4:
    Order Completion

    Receive “order confirmation”  from  vendor.  A digital invoice integrates seamlessly with user’s ERP software.
